Returns and Warranty Policy

1. Refurbished and Reconditioned Diesel Injectors

Powerstroke Diesel Injectors provides a 6-month warranty on all refurbished and reconditioned diesel injectors.

The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Refurbishment workmanship defects

The warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation
• Vehicle electrical faults
• Fuel contamination
• Water contamination
• Abuse, misuse, or negligence
• Damage caused by unrelated engine faults

2. Brand-New Diesel Injectors

Brand-new diesel injectors are supplied without warranty from Powerstroke Diesel Injectors unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Warranty claims on new injectors may be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or warranty claim:

1. Contact us via phone or email.
2. Provide proof of purchase.
3. Provide details of the issue experienced.
4. Return the injector for inspection.

All warranty claims are subject to technical inspection before approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Products damaged through misuse
• Products modified by third parties
• Products installed incorrectly
• Products outside the warranty period
